Twyla's first litter was born April 15, 2025. Available June

10 day update

All the pups are looking and acting healthy. So far they have all doubled their birth weight, and each day increase in weight. All the puppies are starting to attempt 4-legged walking. A few of them are getting it better than others so far. We have a great balance of 5 females and 6 males. We are excited for them to open their eyes soon.

Twyla has been able to enjoy longer breaks from her litter now. We weren't sure how she would react to Harlow, but the two are thick as thieves again, running around the yard and playing again. It's great to see.

MAY 12 UPDATE

The litter is growing! It has been so neat to watch them grow and develop so quickly. It seems like just last week they were starting to open their eyes, and now they are running and wrestling. They love to eat, play, nap and snuggle. Everything a litter of puppies could, they are. They bark at each other, do sneak attacks, and still pile on each other for nap time.

Twyla has been feeding still a few times a day, but she is enjoying being herself again and playing with Harlow. The pups are now eating softened kibble. We have dewormed them, and will continue to do so every 2 weeks. We will bring them into the vet in a few weeks for their vaccines and puppy wellness check. So far, we have one healthy litter.

MAY 27 UPDATE

We have found a groove with the pups and their needs. It's tiring work, but so rewarding. And it's just as exciting to see people show interest in our pups, and believe in us, so thank you!

The pups are eating Stella & Chewy's puppy raw coated kibble. We soften a bit and add a splash of goat milk to each dish for feeding. Most the time they eat really well in the morning and the evening, and nibble in the afternoon. Twyla still nurses here and there, but on her terms now. It's usually no more than 2x a day for 5 to 10 minutes. We take them out for potty breaks every hour to hour and a half.

Our play area is about 250 SQ ft with 2 areas of turf that we are showing them to potty on. We use the term "hurry" to start teaching them potty time, and use positive reinforcement when it's successful, which is pretty regularly. I pressure wash the are and use Odoban Natural Enzyme spray to keep things clean and smelling fresh.

There is a a toddler slide that they are starting to slide down on their own. We have had friends and family over to interact with the pups. Our other dog, Harlow, has also had interaction with them. We are trying to get them as used to people and animals. We are also bringing them out to our living room so they explore a bigger area and hear more sounds.

This is our first litter, and we are treating these lil ones like our own. We are grateful you are enjoying them too!

June 5 Update

We have 2 girls left. We are so excited to see our litter getting adopted by wonderful families all over the US. With that, yes, we can help arrange transportation. Please note, this is a seperate fee from our price for your pup.

Big Red, our nickname for the Red Collar girl, is the biggest femael. She has a very sweet temperment, and lets anyone hold her. She also does not back down from her brothers.

Pinky Pie, our nickname for the Pink Collar girl is very playful and after a bit of wrestling likes to play with her own toys and nap under our chairs.

We will take the pups into the vet on June 10 for a wellness check and their first round of vaccines. They will also get their 8 week deworming. Any pup that is traveling will get a Health Certificate for travel.

It will be hard to see this great litter go, but excited for all the joy they will bring. And maybe a little peace and quiet back at home for my little family.
